Notes:
• In the third book is named the mother of Peter, I think by Fudge, while the three handles are discussed, and Sirius the crime he allegedly committed as a supporter of Voldemort, not mention is made of the father instead. It is likely that the parent can simply be dead (although the long-lived age which gives them JKR, the wizards seem to die relatively young), and that Peter had a childhood very normal, happy, surrounded by both parents and children to play with, but I do not suppose so.
At this point, if you're already wondering what good has this note, is easily explained: since nothing is said about the family of Peter, nor the life she led before coming to Hogwarts - not even whether or not Thoroughbred -, I have taken permission to invent from scratch. u_u
